Qure.ai, a leading healthcare AI company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Poonam Ajgaonkar as Chief People Officer. With her extensive experience in human resources, Poonam brings valuable expertise to strategically drive Qure.ai's employee experience across geographies.
As Chief People Officer, Poonam will be responsible for driving the people and talent strategy at Qure.ai. Her expertise will be instrumental in attracting and retaining top talent, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering an inclusive work culture globally.

Poonam brings over 20 years of extensive experience in diverse industries, including Pharma, Data & Technology, and Shipping. With a Business Degree in Human Resource Management, she has played a crucial role in providing strong organisational leadership, while passionately and strategically driving engagement, diversity, inclusion, and well-being initiatives across organisations. Poonam is a Certified Professional Behavioural Analyst, an Executive Coach with expertise in Emotional Intelligence and a Mental Health First Aider.
